Look in the mirror

If you are@looking for a solution to anything you are dealing with in your life,

You are going to have to change your thinking.

The way you approach things.

You need to start building awareness of yourself.

You need to get uncomfortable.

You need to suit up and show up.

You cannot take the same actions, over and over and expect a different result.

When you know you know.

Being loyal is being true to yourself.

With your mistakes you are you.

And that's cool.

How many people I've met and see everyday who claim they are solid, however are not.

Looking at there actions says it all.

There is a big difference between being selfish and practicing self love.

When people cannot be loyal to themselves how do you expect them to be loyal to you?

When you understand this everything changes.

And nothing becomes personal anymore.

Life moves on.

Read that again

Yes feeling ready is not real,

It’s an illusion we give ourselves,

We are not afraid of the unknown,

We are afraid of letting go of what we already know.

However if what we already know sucks,

Yes sucks, because deep down inside we are unhappy.

Let’s do something about it.

I look around me and see lots of people complaining,

About situations through all walks of life.

The situation is not the problem

The problem is the way you approach it.

And if you approach something somewhere in a certain way.

Well you approach everything in your life the same way.

It’s just that you don’t see it.

Anybody can stop drinking and using drugs.

What does it take to stay stopped.

That is where the work really begins.

A deconstruction and reconstruction of yourself.

The greatest advice I ever got from a mentor in early recovery was

DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU THINK.

This sentence helped me change my life.

Because in the past every decision, choice I ever made led me to drinking and doing drugs.

In order to move forward,

You gotta take a good look at your choices and decisions.

Your way is never going to work,

because you keep on repeating the same cycle over and over.

Nothing ever happens in one Confort Zone.

All good comes from discomfort

Sacrifice

You want change

You have to start looking at life differently

Change your approach to life

If you are hitting a wall

It’s because you keep on repeating the same behavior

Over and over

Change the behaviour,

Change your life

You are the same person everywhere in your life

At work, at home, with your loved ones, with friends.

If you repeat one behavior somewhere it means this behavior is appearing everywhere in your life.

Change can happen, yes growth is possible

Life would be much easier with someone there to mirror your mindset

Because when you are going through life you cannot see your blind spots

Give yourself the opportunity to accelerate in life.
