Here’s how to make it and why it’s so good for you! 🌿
Recipe: Black Sesame Bliss Drink
1. Toss into your nut milk machine:
• 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (toasted for extra nuttiness!)
• 5-6 pitted red dates (sweet & chewy)
• 1 tbsp goji berries (little bursts of goodness)
• 1 tsp apricot seeds (aka almond-like magic)
• 2 cups water (or adjust for your machine)
2. Run the hot drink cycle (or blend and heat if your machine doesn’t have one).
