𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Earlier this week, I hit “Submit” on something that’s been years in the making.

𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘙𝘹, my online resilience program for healthcare professionals, has officially been submitted to CCCEP for continuing education accreditation.

The moment itself was slightly… anti-climactic. No confetti, no applause… but inside I beamed with pride as I knew what preceded was 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴 (actually, 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴) of work, refinement, and self-belief.

Here’s a glimpse behind the scenes:

◾ Fall 2023: The idea was born. A vision to help clinicians navigate the emotional and mental demands of working in healthcare.

◾ Early 2024: The first beta cohort launched: a 4-week experiment that confirmed how needed this work truly is.

◾ Mid-2024: Iterating and expanding based on feedback, testing live workshops and online cohorts.

◾ Late 2024–Early 2025: The evolution: transforming the course into a 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥-𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺-𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 (i.e. whole-person) approach to resilience, moving beyond mindset and adding new modules on body awareness, nervous-system regulation, and self-compassion.

◾ Spring 2025: Recorded the self-paced version, making it accessible for busy clinicians.

◾ Summer 2025: I decided to submit my program for accreditation. As per the CCCEP process, I hired two experts (healthcare professionals who are also certified coaches) to review the 8-week program.

◾ Fall 2025: Made the edits recommended by the expert reviewers and recorded the updates. (And wondering when the heck will I ever be finished updating this program...)

◾ October 13, 2025: Submitted my evidence-based wellness and resilience program for accreditation.

Truth be told: this process stretched me in ways I couldn’t have imagined…

Navigating self-doubt and trusting that each small step mattered even when no one was watching.

If there’s one message I hope this milestone conveys, it’s this:

𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Even if it takes longer than expected, even if the path looks different than what you planned.

The quiet persistence and self-trust you show today build the confidence you’ll rely on tomorrow.

Replenish Rx will open again once accreditation is approved (assuming all goes well. Please send your good vibes and support my way!).

If you’d like to be the first to know when it’s ready, you can join the waiting list in the comments below.

Thank you for being part of this journey!

Dr. Delphine Jeong a traveling dentist and a certified practitioner of sound and energy medicine, shares her perspective on how healthcare professionals can better take care of themselves.

👉In this episode, we touch upon:

◾ What led her to leave her corporate dental practice to go to the North, along with her burnout episode that left her lying unconscious on her bathroom floor.

◾ Her observations on the North and the difference she felt between working in an individualist Western society focused on productivity, versus how she felt in a heart-based community that’s connected to the land and the people.

◾ The importance of cleansing and protecting our energy as healthcare providers work in an environment that’s filled with the fears, worries, and pains of our patients.

◾ Finding purpose in her dental practice by reconnecting with her past lives.

◾ The misunderstood but powerful gift of being an empath in a healthcare system.

If you’re new to energy medicine, I invite you to listen to this episode with an open mind and a sense of curiosity.

Delphine does a wonderful job of explaining it in tangible terms and provides us with practical tools we can implement in our daily lives as clinicians so that we can thrive in the demanding field of healthcare.

In our day-to-day work as healthcare professionals, there are alot of things that are out of our control. 🫨

Sudden medication back-orders that have us scrambling to find a substitution.

An over-capacitated emergency department that give us little time to rest between patients.

Last minute sick-calls that leave us short of staff for the day. 🫣

And the list goes on.

However, the one thing that can remain in our control is the way we react to these circumstances.

We get to choose how we perceive these challenges and how we allow them to affect us or not.

In episode 17 of The Collective Rx, a personal development podcast for healthcare professionals, I share 4 strategies to help you navigate unexpected and difficult situations with more equanimity.

(Or said in a more casual manner: how to deal with challenges and not want to bang your head on a table ;))

What if you didn’t have to prove yourself?

A common thing I’ve noticed with the healthcare professionals I coach is a certain degree of performance anxiety.
A fear that others will judge their work as not being good enough.

(Or in the words of a client, someone finding out that they’re not perfect.)

Therefore, they work extra hard to show their colleagues and patients that they’re not only good enough, but that they're indispensable and as flawless as can be (so that no one can fault them - or leave a negative review on RateMDs…).

Yes, it’s a good thing to have high standards for the work you produce.

However, the constant need to prove your worth is mentally and emotionally exhausting. Plus it often leads to overworking and possibly burnout (I know this because I've been there!😪)

With hindsight, this behavior makes sense considering the rigorous training we went through to become healthcare providers.
We constantly had to be on our A-game to pass our clinical rotations and get into the fields of our choice.

Approval from our supervisors was crucial. Failure wasn’t an option. 🙅‍♀️

But here's an important question to ponder: while the hustle got us to where we are today, is it still serving us NOW?

Probably not.

So here’s what I suggest.

Instead of having the fear of judgment and the validation of others motivate your work, explore what it’s like to provide good care for your OWN satisfaction.

Do good work because it’s aligned with YOUR value of quality (note that I didn’t say "perfection"!).

Provide good care because it makes YOU happy to be of service and to share your gifts and skills with the world.

Do your best because it makes YOU proud.

And if others recognize your efforts, that’s nice - but it’s not what will make or break you.

Be the one to give yourself the validation.

Explore what it’s like to trust the value you bring to the table.

Trust that you are a good clinician.

Your life (and your stress levels) will change when you shift from “Do they think I’m good enough?” to “I know that I’m enough.” ❤️

After a morning of content creation for my business and podcast, I was about go out for a walk when I caught myself saying:

“Just one more task and then I can take a break!”

This is an old habit of mine where I believe I need to earn my rest.

An old habit where I will only stop when my body tells me to, but not before.

Where productivity and output are my measures for a “good day”.

I’m happy I caught myself and created space to practice a new habit.

One where I incorporate rest and play in my day for the sheer pleasure of it.

One where I honour my needs and respect my body.

One where I define a “good day” by a mix of using my gifts and skills to help others, and also where I laugh a lot, take naps, smell the flowers and give hugs to my favourite people.

If you’re reading this post, may this be a reminder that you don’t need to earn your rest.

If you need to, get off your chair, stretch, go to the washroom (healthcare professionals are famous for skipping bathroom breaks) and take a few deep breaths to refresh your mind, body and spirit ✨🙏🏻

A loving Monday memo:

You can't pour from an empty cup.

(You might be rolling your eyes at this over-used phrase 🙄, and yet deep down you know it's the truth. 🙈)

So let's stop the metaphorical hemorrhage and begin filling your cup back up with everything you need to feel your best. ✨

If a part of you thinks it's selfish (or even frivolous) to put yourself first and focus on your well-being…

Trust that when you show up as your most nourished and replenished self, you're able to care so much better for the ones you love and for your patients.

Now that's a 𝗪𝗜𝗡/𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for everyone.

👉🏻Question: What’s one small (or big!) way you can replenish yourself today?

Let this be your permission slip to say no to that thing you REALLY don’t feel like doing…

in order to say YES to the things that matter most to you.

Okay, you don’t actually need anyone’s permission, but let .rosi words be a reminder to prioritize what’s important to YOU, not someone’s else agenda.

Tune into Episode 9 of podcast for more golden nuggets from .rosi 🙌🏻
