Here is how my different modalities help with transitioning to Fall:
**Table oil massage** 🌿 – A blend of Thai oil massage, aromatherapy, acupressure work, and Thai massage mobilizations. The blend of different types of touch provides a more complete sensory experience that’s both therapeutic and relaxing 🌈. It’s a more balanced massage approach that’s warming and grounding 🌍. Helps clear the mind 🧘♂️, calm down the nervous system, and helps the receiver feel more centered. It’s my most popular massage service since it adapts so well to different people 🙌.
**Thai massage** – Whether it’s on table or on the floor, Thai massage mixes stretches with pressure, mobilizations, acupressure work, and, to a lesser extent, oil work. In the Fall, it can have a stronger warming effect than an oil massage 🔥 and help with vitality and mobility while being grounding at the same time. Great for giving your body the nudge it needs to stay active when the Fall lethargy kicks in 🍂. Clients that enjoy Thai massage tend to be active and physically oriented, wanting to challenge themselves a bit while also calming down their mind 🌿. Other clients that greatly benefit are those struggling with difficult emotions and/or anxiety 😌.
**Lomi Lomi massage** 🌺 – If you really want to warm up and let go completely, both physically and mentally, Lomi Lomi is a great option. It’s a unique style of massage that blends oil work with rhythmic movements, mobilizations, heat therapy, and acupressure points. My style of Lomi Lomi is centred around alternating rhythms throughout the massage, often moving with the music 🎶 and embodying the ebbs and flows of ocean waves 🌊. Great for those wanting to take care of mind, body, and soul in parallel 💖. Recommended for clients that enjoy somatic work, processing physical and emotional experiences by tapping into the body’s natural self-regulation processes 🌱.
