Stress is a main factor in inflammation. Stress takes up space and puts pressure on our mental, emotional and energetic fields, leading to inflammation, which takes up space in our physical body and creates dis-ease,

Creating space and allowing our cells to breathe, reduces stress, therefore reducing inflammation and restoring balance.

In every moment; we are being given more and more opportunities to choose old earth or new earth ways as the way there is inevitably accelerating.

There’s a sort of fork in the road and we are each essentially deciding which way we are going. That decision is made in the “little” choices we make in every moment.

Old earth ways which revolve around fear, control, unworthiness, and struggle, can no longer be sustained.

Trust, ease and love can be chosen now, they are available to us all. It may feel like we have one foot in the old and one foot in the new, but soon those timelines will separate and the old will fall away, there will be no other option but to choose the way forward.

Right now you may be feeling a push in that direction as a sort of “last”chance to make that choice. To take a leap of faith and make way for new beginnings your mind cannot fathom.

You are being prepared and this preparation time will have been all worth it:)

Karmic cycles

There is lots of karma being cleared right now as we have learned many lessons in the last few months and are making new choices on an individual and collective level, especially with beliefs around Struggle Vs. Ease.

To begin, what is karma?

Karma is the sum of “good” and “bad” the soul has accumulated through its many experiences and lives on earth.

A karmic cycle can only be broken when we make a different choice. We are always unconsciously calling in experiences that allow us to clear our karma and move forward in new ways. You will know when your karma with a pattern or with someone has been cleared because you will no longer feel the need to repeat the same behaviours, make the same choices, your reactions will change and so on.

If you ignore the calls to break karmic patterns, the roars will only get louder. We cannot escape our karma and the harder we try, the more of it we create and accumulate. The more negative karma we accumulate; the less contact we have with our positive karma, the supportive forces, skills and tools we acquired along the way🙌🏻

I have learned much about my own karma through numerology and the beautiful Line Levasseur❤️. I now combine this with other tools as needed to help my clients understand what their soul has chosen to come work on and how this manifests in their lives.

Here is a little bit about me and how I got here!

As a Holistic Guide, I offer a safe space for those who choose to unpack their trauma, discover and reconnect to their true essence, power and joy.

Throughout my journey, I was blessed to have mentors and safe spaces where I could go to more deeply understand myself, heal my body, remember my true essence, learn to love myself and embrace harmony by honouring my spiritual and physical journey here on earth.

My physical Karma in this life included wounds around belonging, separation, identity and powerlessness. Magically, our wounds are very closely related to our greater missions.

On my inner quest journey, I discovered Talk Therapy, Tarot, Coaching, Intuitive Guidance, Numerology, Access Bars and the absolute magic that is Holistic Kinesiology as well as the Symbolism Behind Dis-ease. These powerful tools are additions to the intuitive guidance and messages that come through as a result of my process of shedding illusions and of the experience that can only come from embodiment.

I have been receiving clients for the last year and it is such a blessing to be able to share some of these powerful tools with the world. I continue to be in awe of the unlocking that happens before my eyes.

Watching people recognize their limits, leave behind their fears and heal their bodies is a true blessing.

I look forward to all the beautiful souls who's unfolding I will have the privilege to witness.

What may have once seemed like lost time is now clearly seen for what it was, Divine Preparation. From this place of deep connection with my soul’s unique signature I now build, create and can be of service in ways that felt so far ahead once.

You see the deep desires and visions we hold for ourselves are happening at this moment in a different timeline, all we must do is to match the vibration of that timeline to live it. Through deep healing work and self love, it is inevitable that we arrive there.

Trust in divine timing, patience, presence, surrender and aligned action have brought this to life and I am deeply proud and happy to be able to share it with you (very soon)

Being able to share the knowledge and experience acquired through both pain and joy is an act of service that is sacred to me and that I treat with deep gratitude.

Every step of the way, we encounter the souls that assist us in this process of creation and I’m deeply thankful to be working with High Frequency Brands on the coming to life of my brand and my website. I asked for a high frequency soul and the universe delivered. Christine understands that branding is not something that we create outside of the self, it is simply a physical reflection of who we are and an expression of our unique energy.

Nos désirs profonds et les visions que nous avons pour nous-mêmes se produisent en ce moment sur une autre ligne de temps, tout ce que nous devons faire est d’incarner la vibration de cette ligne de temps pour venir à sa rencontre. Grâce à un travail de guérison en profondeur et à l'amour de soi, il est inévitable que nous y arrivions.

La confiance dans le processus, la patience, la présence, le lâcher prise et l'action alignée ont donnés vie à cela et je suis profondément fière et heureuse de pouvoir partager avec vous (très bientôt)

J'ai demandé une âme à haute fréquence et l'univers a livré. This time feels like a void period, it is a transition period that allows the shedding of old skin and of anything that keeps us tied to the past.

There is often grief to be felt and emotions to be processed, which allows more of our truth to come online and we are granted further access to our truth in the present moment.

In gaining more access to our illusions, we gain more access to our truth and can more easily untangle ourselves from the need to be liked or belong to something. Not having access to our true essence in the increasing ways we do now, means we lived from a place of identification with others, we were more easily controlled and put more focus on being liked which strayed us even further from ourselves.

Now, and at every level from a place of deeper truth, we co-create the next level of our lives individually and collectively.

All is well, allow the cycles to move through you and do what they need to do, it is always for your highest good

To protect ourselves from feeling hurt, scared, alone etc…we may attempt to turn off our humanity, our needs, our emotions and our deepest fears.

This is a coping mechanism that creates the illusion that we don’t need anything or anyone.

A false sense of independence, that deeply reflects our lack of feeling safe in allowing others to love and support us, as this makes us vulnerable to them hurting us.

We close our hearts and close off to life, masquerading in that false sense of “I’m good on my own” We may experience the other extreme of clinging to others out of fear that they may leave, feeling completely crippled without them.

As we heal and face those shadows, we begin to taste what true independence is. It is an abundant, safe space within us, a place filled with love instead of fear and lack. True freedom 🙏🏻

To understand that being independent does not mean being a robot and going at life alone.

There is a fine blend of feminine and masculine energies and when they come into union within us, they form a beautiful balance of feeling good on our own while also being a part of the flow of life, which is giving and receiving 🌊
