Today is National Cancer Wellness Awareness Day. 💜

I love volunteering at the wellness centre, offering Jin Shin Jyutsu treatments to support those on their healing journey. It’s such a gentle, calming practice that helps ease stress and bring a little more comfort and balance.

If sleep apnea is keeping you up at night, Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) could be a supportive addition to your wellness routine. 🌙✨

This gentle practice uses light touch to harmonise the body’s energy and support natural healing. Many have found that regular JSJ sessions can ease tension in the chest and diaphragm, promote deeper breathing, and encourage more restful sleep. Here is a self-help tip for you to try: Place your hand on your diaphragm (where your ribs meet) and gently insert your fingertips under your ribs at your midline and move each hand towards the outside until you find a tender spot. Hold there for 15 to 20 minutes when possible. You can do this tip lying down or sitting up, however you are more comfortable.
