Going after my dreams✨ HOW ABOUT YOU?
Every Monday we have the opportunity to do things differently.
Not just physically but mentally and emotionally too💭⚡️.
Will you speak to yourself with more kindness ?
Will you nourish your body with high vibrational foods?
Will you believe in yourself enough to get out of your comfort zone and try something new?
I have struggled with ALL of these ☝🏻☝🏻☺️ but i never give up on myself.
Whats my dream 💭?...
My dream is to be of service to others in a meaningful way and to be working for myself 😃✨
Working for yourself means lots of trial and error AND THAT means you HAVE TO support yourself emotionally and mentally because it is not an easy thing to do 💯.

It’s crazy how if you go to the hospital 🏥 and are struggling from an inflammatory bowl disorder like Crohns or IBS,
The list of foods they tell you to eat is all the most pro inflammatory foods 🤦🏻‍♀️
Your body needs fiber to eliminate backed up waste in your colon 💩. That waste becomes a host for more bacteria which stops your body from properly absorbing nutrients.

Are you being SELFISH ENOUGH ⁉️.
Yes that’s right ... selfish ENOUGH...
I watched a video yesterday talking about how important it is to be SELFISH😯‼️.
If you are not selfish you are not able to truly help others.
The analogy the video used was that of the demo given on flight ✈️.
You’re instructed to put on your oxygen mask 😷 FIRST, before anyone else’s, even your children and loved ones.
This kind of selfishness is NECESSARY in order for you to truly be of service to anyone else.
The message the video was demonstrating was, that so often we busy ourselves with helping others and deflect our own self care💔.
I know this is a reality for most of us especially women who are natural care givers.
The coaching system teaches you to come back home to yourself DAILY💗.
Doing this not only makes you a healthier and happier you ... but makes you a better partner, a better parent, a better employee ++.
I know it can be hard to start a self care system especially because there is ALWAYS a long list of errands and “To-Do” lists📋.

It is a blue green algae unlike any other‼️
