This year has been all about collaboration.
Letting go of control.
Saying yes to Sisterhood.
And opening my heart to growth in new, beautiful ways.
For most of my life, I’ve worked independently. I held the reins tightly—and it got me far. I’m proud of what I’ve built. But this year, my heart has called me in a different direction: toward connection, co-creation, and the power of shared energy.
And what a gift it’s been.
Letting go has allowed so much more to come in.
One of these magical collaborations is with Nadine. Together, we’ve woven our Yin and Yang energies into something greater than the sum of its parts—starting with our Kundalini mantra and sound class ~ happening today at 10AM!, and culminating in a transformational weekend retreat.
We arrived with a general plan… but what unfolded was pure alchemy.
We honoured each other’s strengths.
We listened, flowed, and allowed space for both structure and spontaneity.
It was powerful, heart-opening, and deeply aligned.
I carry this weekend in my heart as a reminder:
Growth doesn’t always mean doing more alone.
Sometimes, it means doing less, together—and allowing the magic to rise through the space in between.
