I eat when I’m stressed… and then I feel guilty.

For a long time, I didn’t realize I wasn’t just hungry I was overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally drained.

Food became comfort. A way to numb. A quick escape.

But afterward? The guilt would hit.
“I shouldn’t have eaten that.”
“I’ll start over tomorrow.”
“I have no control.”

And that cycle? It wasn’t about willpower.

It was my nervous system asking for safety… not snacks.

Here’s what I’ve learned as a wellness coach:

Emotional eating isn’t failure — it’s a signal.

Your body stores stress, and food can feel like relief.

Healing means noticing your triggers with compassion, not shame.

Now, instead of judging myself, I pause and ask:

✨ What am I really needing right now?

Support? Rest? A walk? A deep breath?

If you’ve ever been stuck in this cycle, you’re not alone and you’re not broken.

If you’ve ever said this, you’re not alone and the answer isn’t always just “more rest.”

💤 Fatigue isn’t always physical. Sometimes it’s emotional, mental, or even energetic.

Here are a few surprising reasons why you might feel constantly drained:

🔹 Emotional burnout – Carrying stress, people-pleasing, or holding in emotions can weigh you down like a heavy backpack.

🔹 Mental overload – Constant overthinking, decision fatigue, or trying to “do it all” can leave your brain in overdrive.

🔹 Nutrient imbalances – Even if you’re eating regularly, you may be missing key nutrients that fuel your body (especially iron, B12, or magnesium).

🔹 Lack of movement – It sounds counterintuitive, but gentle movement like walking or stretching can boost your energy, not drain it.

✨ WHY I STARTED ✨


When I first began my wellness coaching journey, it wasn’t just about fitness, shakes, or weight loss.

It was about purpose.

I saw so many incredible, hardworking professional women just like me putting themselves last.

Exhausted. Burned out. Struggling silently to feel good in their own skin.

Trying to hold everything together… while their own health and energy slipped away.

And I knew that pain.
I knew what it felt like to show up for everyone else but feel completely depleted inside.

That’s when I realized. I didn’t just want to change my life…
I wanted to help others take back theirs.

💛 That’s why I became a wellness coach.

To be a light for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start.

To build a community.
To be part of a team on a mission to serve others.
And to remind every woman that her glow-up is possible from the inside out.

This is more than a business for me.

It’s a calling.
And I’m just getting started. 💪🏽

✨ My Glow Up Journey: From Tired to Taking Control


Before…
I was exhausted. Sluggish.
Struggling with my energy, my weight, and honestly — my confidence.

I was stuck in the cycle: lose weight, gain it back, feel defeated, try again.
Some days I’d start strong… then fall off by the weekend.
I didn’t have a plan, the support, or the mindset to stay consistent.

Now…
I’ve decided: I’m done starting over.
This time, I’m starting strong — with intention.

I’ve shifted my mindset.
I’ve found a system that works — thanks to my Herbalife nutrition plan.

And most importantly — I’ve learned how to give myself grace and stay committed.

I’m not “at my goal” yet — but I’m showing up with energy, clarity, and purpose.

And as a coach, I get to support other women doing the same. 💪🏽

This is more than weight loss.
It’s about taking control of your health, your habits, and your life — one decision at a time.
