My daily hikes on Mount Royal with my dog (Tuggy!) are an important source of inspiration and medicine for me - and they've definitely been a pillar in my daily routine during this quarantine !
Nature's ways are a sacred teacher. Full of genius perspectives.
Perhaps you've felt this before too, when walking in the forest -
such a profound and magical sense of belonging in this world,
of HOME. Of cosmic connection to some epic mystery that doesn't need concrete answers....!
