And let's be honest, we all have the same 24hrs everyday.

When I first began my fitness journey I was all about lifting weights and getting bigger

As a beginner, flexibility was obviously not something important for me so I had absolutely zero interest

Over time my body started to pick up some muscle mass and I was getting close to my dream physique

I realized as I was getting bigger and stronger, some of my muscles were becoming stiffer, my mobility was gone and my back pain was getting worse...

So I thought about adding a 15min stretching routine after every workout sessions and guess what?

Until over a year ago I decided to give Yoga a try and see what it's all about

Since then my body has completely CHANGED

I know it's not a heart pumping cardio workout but still it's a great way to exercise and promote weight loss.

๐Ÿค•Can take some of your aches and pains away. Neck pain, knee pain, back pain... you get the idea. Yoga is the antidote to these types of ailments. The practice can help relieve chronic pain according to research.

Every one talks about changing the world. Why not start with Self?

It's easy to see everyone else's flaws, shortcomings and lack.

It's easy to blame the person sitting next to us for our failures instead of holding ourself accountable and accepting reality.

Maybe it's a good time to take inventory of self.

Maybe it's about time we reevaluate our decisions & actions and understand the long term consequences.

I think it's time we start working harder and smarter on ourselves instead of criticizing and pointing fingers at others.

I wonder where that would lead?
