What are we making?
Tangy sprouts salad

Ingredients list:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of cooked green moong sprouts
1 medium onion; chopped
2 tbsps of coriander; finely chopped
1/4 tsp of chilli flakes
1/4 tsp of chilli powder
1 tsp (and more to taste) of zatar
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp (and more to taste) of salt
1/2 tsp of black salt
1/4 tsp amchur / dried mango powder (optional)
1/4 tsp Indian chaat masala powder

How to make it?
- Heat the oil and add the onions; cook until transparent
- Add all the other ingredients in any order that works for you and keep stirring till they come together; keep the moong sprouts and onions as crunchy (al dente) or as cooked as you prefer it in your household 🥙
