Honouring all the different types of feelings that may come up on ‘Mothers Day’

For some it’s a joyous day and for others it could be a difficult day. For some there may be no feeling at all.

So many different relationships to motherhood.

So whatever your personal journey is I’m sending you a warm hug today 🌸💜🌈

Personally I love being a mummy and it’s my greatest achievement yet! What I love most is the journey of deep reflection and learning from my girl! She teaches ME everyday many valuable lessons! I’m so grateful for that!

After more than 2 years our magic breastfeeding journey has finished!

Stopping was slow, gradual and natural.

Im really proud of myself that I was able to offer this to my baby/big girl!

❤ I can point you in the right direction to helpful resources.
❤ I can help you prepare nutritious meals to stock up the freezer and plan a meal train.
❤ I can help you with your birth plan.
❤ We can brainstorm what you need to get for baby. Lists for packing a bag for the birth.
❤ We can plan how you will take care of you mumma! What will YOU need and ways in which YOU can feel nurtured.

Each family has different needs during this exciting prenatal period. I'll do my best to figure out those things with you.

❤ I arrive and we chat about how things are going being a new parent. I can share tips on nourishing and healing.
❤ I can answer questions about breastfeeding challenges, sleeping patterns and everything newborn baby related.
❤ I can point you in the right direction to helpful resources.
❤ I can hold baby while you go and take that relaxing bath.
❤ I'll make a nutritious soup or smoothie for you and your partner.
❤ We can brainstorm the new family dynamic and what works for everyone to feel good!.
For Example : make a plan for partner to care for baby between 7am-9am so that mumma gets a well needed break.
❤ I can run an errand for you.

Each family has different needs during this postpartum period. there are so many things that sometimes we just need help with. I'll do my best to figure out those things with you.
