I have had the privilege to preform Reiki on a healer who is soon to become a very important figure on our planet to help save lives. She is studying to become a future Paramedic and knowing her role is not easy, Reiki is a great alternative therapy to help relieve tension and ground cortisol levels.
I usually observe the way my clients lie on the table as our sleep positions can depict a bit of our personalities. This is not to say I can tell how their sleep positions are but how loose they let their bodies relax is a way for me to know where to ease the tense energies and place strong focus on those energy vortexes aka Chakras.
I preformed on an Aries in this photograph and she is definitely headstrong with the soldier position we see and a hard worker. ~ Thank you for remembering to take some time for yourself warrior 🙏🏽✨

Animals are receptive to Reiki’s energetic frequencies as they are super intuitive and pychic breeds.
Domestic animals living in a household often protect us from spirits that do no serve us with uplifting energy. Cats are more prone to be the Egyptian Gods of the protecters from spirits.

One aspect of Reiki I embrace is when I ask Reiki to be sent from Prana, Life Force Energy, I know it does not judge. Universal Energy is formed as unconditional and loves us no matter our past and current situation. Reiki does not judge but accepts and transforms our ethereal state of Beings.
Love is a big four-letter energetic frequency. Words carry energy just like all that encompasses us is Energy. We are Energy and energy is meant to help us heal, regardless through sickness or health. Energy always teaches us what we must place focus on to better our human health as Earthlings.
When we focus on words that uplift our spirits, we are healing our DNA 🧬 from a false illusion of what others perceive us with and change our mindset that we are capable of loving and being loved.
Reiki teaches us unconditional love and forgiveness. We can forgive and choose to not forget. It is natural to have memories of pain and we should not ignore such pain, rather face it and gradually heal it. Your pain is valid and your personal experience in going through your pain is valid. You are enough and you are Loved. You have a beating heart, beautiful human. Healing is a human necessity and is a personal responsibility to take on. When we protect ourselves from those who have hurt us, we are integrating a lesson in our subconscious and we can then use it as a teacher on our healing path.
Remember that You are loved and repeat this to yourself on a daily basis. You will be amazed at how much you will begin to attract Love. ♡ ♡ ♡

The Love Reiki sends to each individual is unconditional and every client feels a different sensation as all have gone through different pains and experiences in life. When Reiki (Life Force Energy) enters the room, there is more than just energy being sent to my those I help heal. I feel the pain of my clients and become attuned to the shedding of their trauma. I know individual and universal healing begins when Reiki enters someone's life. A metaphysical phenomena occurs that Science has yet to fully discover. Reiki is coming back from Her roots into Western worlds and I know holistic therapies will increase for the next decade as alternative healing modalities for human beings.
