I have had the privilege to preform Reiki on a healer who is soon to become a very important figure on our planet to help save lives. She is studying to become a future Paramedic and knowing her role is not easy, Reiki is a great alternative therapy to help relieve tension and ground cortisol levels.
I usually observe the way my clients lie on the table as our sleep positions can depict a bit of our personalities. This is not to say I can tell how their sleep positions are but how loose they let their bodies relax is a way for me to know where to ease the tense energies and place strong focus on those energy vortexes aka Chakras.
I preformed on an Aries in this photograph and she is definitely headstrong with the soldier position we see and a hard worker. ~ Thank you for remembering to take some time for yourself warrior 🙏🏽✨
