La combinaison du cannabis et du yoga remonte à aussi longtemps que les Vedas, les plus anciens textes parlant du yoga.

Vous n'êtes pas obligé de fumer un joint dans ce type de cours. La consommation du cannabis devient ici plus intentionnelle et la connexion entre le corps et l'esprit est plus profonde.

Le CBD qui peut seulement être utilisé comme un relaxant du système musculaire et nerveux va donc apporter un niveau de relaxation supplémentaire sans le "high" que procure le THC.

Partager nos connaissanes sur les bénéfices du cannabis est une mission importante pour ***aYogaMontreal

Nous voulons changer la conversation autour de cette plante médicinale et réduire notre dépendance sur l’industrie pharmaceutique ✅

Just a little reminder that the
P A U S E S you are taking can be as effective as the time you are working (at your job or on yourself) 🌌

Make sure you are creating enough space for yourself to relax and enjoy your life that is happening right now. Remind yourself that when a plant doesn't feel good you have to modify it's environment, not change the plant... 😉🌱

All this to say that sometimes when you aren't feeling at your best maybe you can P A U S E in order to notice what's no longer serving you and adapt your environment to make sure you are evolving in the best soil possible 💚
