Each retreat serves small groups of 4-8 women and provides the opportunity for connection, laughter, adventure and renewal. Wahine Retreats encourages you to shed your roles and immerse yourself in nature and the great outdoors. You can experience the majestic mountain splendor of the Wallowa Valley in Oregon or the magical tropical paradise of the north shore on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. We all ache for time to relax, reflect and awaken our playful spirit. It is our goal that each retreat be an opening for you. You will be supported and reassured while at the same time challenged. You will have the opportunity to connect with friends, family and like minded individuals. Through activities such as gentle yoga, hiking, river rafting, kayaking, surfing and horseback riding you will be guided safely towards reclaiming your individual power and reconnecting with your inner strength. Delicious, well balanced meals and comfortable, inviting accommodations will allow you to let go of the worries and responsibilities of everyday life. Wahine Retreats provides new avenues of experience and empowerment and will leave you feeling nurtured, renewed and invigorated!

Think about taking a vacation in the majestic Wallowa Valley...sunshine, nature, lake, steams, wildlife, hiking, river rafting, yoga, laughter, connection...lots of breathing room and time to decompress...got to love it...I do!
