Have you ever made a decision because it’s the « right » thing to do but after the fact, you feel a sense of unease or a lack of fulfillment? When we make decisions that do not align with our higher truth or our soul’s desire, we often feel empty and disappointed with the outcome of our choices. Learning how to discern whether our choices come from a place of love or a place of fear takes practice but once we get the hang of, our lives become much more rich and fulfilling.

Do you have a daily spiritual practice that helps you to stay connected and centred? As our world has becoming increasingly secular, we are slowly forgetting the importance of taking care of our spiritual selves. Spirituality does not equate to religion, although religion can help create the framework for spiritual connection. In this video, I encourage you to find your own daily spiritual practice if you haven’t already done so. Each person is unique and must find their way of connecting to this aspect of their being.
