Some diagrams I drew to illustrate a lecture on the 術數 the art of numbers showing some ideas about how one becomes two, two becomes three and three becomes five, but is really still two and which is the cycle of the wu xing or the turning of the seasons and the generator of the ten thousand things.
At first I started to use ChatGPT to construct a digital image but it was more fun to draw it by hand in the end....

Love the benefits of acupuncture? Interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine? Discover the deeper wisdom and living practices behind it.

If you’ve already experienced the effects of acupuncture — better health and sleep, clearer mind, calmer emotions, a body that breathes more freely — then you're ready to explore another side of classical Chinese medicine: a path of study and physical cultivation rooted in the teachings of the Huangdi Neijing, the foundational text of Chinese medicine.

Our platform is dedicated to the study and living application of the Neijing, with a special focus on how its principles are expressed through Chinese physical cultivation—Qigong, Neigong, and internal martial arts.

This is more than theory. It’s a way to nourish your body, clarify your thoughts, and bring more balance into your daily life.

Transform your vitality — at your own pace, from home.
Our online platform offers structured, accessible training that connects mind, body, and spirit through ancient principles that are still deeply relevant today.

In just a few weeks, you may begin to feel:
✔ Physical wellness (better posture, mobility, breath, coordination, flexibility, better cardio, decreased inflammation and chronic pain, etc.)
✔ Mental clarity and balance (less stress and anxiety, greater presence, more emotional stability and calmness)
✔ Energetic vitality (stronger Qi flow, grounding, inner balance, alignment)
✔ Personal growth (gentle discipline, internal strength, self-control)

No gym. No pressure. No equipment. Just ancient tools for modern life, taught clearly and progressively. A refined and powerful approach to movement. Even with just a few minutes a day, your system will begin to shift.

🌟 A holistic approach to real transformation
By integrating body, energy, mind, and understanding, our platform offers a complete and practical path of evolution. With your study and practice, you may begin to:

✔ Feel more grounded and centered
✔ Manage your energy and emotions more effectively
✔ Understand natural cycles and live more in sync with them
✔ Connect with an international community of learners and practitioners

A practice for everyone — any age, any level
You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. You just need curiosity and a willingness to listen — to your body, your breath, and the world around you.

Two pillars. One integrated path.

📖 Talking Neijing

Qi Gong, Nei Gong, Taiji, Xingyi, Bagua, breathing, structure, rhythm, intention.
A way to move your body that respects your energy, your time, and your reality.

We spent a very fun and productive weekend at the Shiitake Grove Training Hall working on Yang Shaohou Taiji.

Thanks to Liang Dehua Laoshi we have a rich and extensive system to work with and we covered quite a lot of material but we only caught a few bits on video.

Its wonderful to have a clear path to follow and to see the skills slowly and steadily growing with each passing session.

[TALKING NEIJING]
The term 通 tōng has been largely ignored in western explorations of Chinese medicine. Yet when one begins to delve into Neijing studies and look at the text directly, we are immediately struck by the importance of this concept, not only in clinical medicine but for the entire world view of the people who wrote the Huangdi Neijing.

Here in this video, we have a nice example of how a fuller understanding of a term begins to open a whole new perspective on how we can relate to the foundations of Chinese medicine and traditional physical culture.

When one begins to delve into the Huangdi Neijing studies, we are immediately struck by the importance of the concept of 通 Tōng.
