I work with clients who are experiencing various types of physical, mental & emotional discomforts. I create a safe space to explore their inner world, and co-create a plan of action which promotes their optimal well-being. I offer my clients a safe space within which they are truly free to explore their inner world. My work can range from something as simple as adjusting a

sleep routine to re-acquainting someone with a healthy inner dialogue. My techniques can include: framing lifestyle practices, presenting stress relieving techniques, modeling meaningful meditation styles, and creating a satisfying yoga routine. My practice always begins with a comprehensive health questionnaire, which identifies any medical conditions that could be contributing to a client’s current condition. My overall approach is based on the growing idea found in both western and eastern models of health, that optimal well-being is a function of one’s awareness and access to the innate intelligence that is governing them. I believe that I am unique in the field of wellness because I bridge the current divide between western and eastern practices that most practitioners currently function within. My practice includes business and professional clients, yoga enthusiasts, students, homemakers, artists – anyone, who is interested in their self-growth and personal development. Anyone who wants to find greater balance, well-being and joy in their lives.

Sometimes the thought of how hard it would be to do something keeps us from ever trying. When we don't try, we close the door to new experiences and deprive ourselves of something that could bring us more wellness and joy.

When you think of starting a meditation practice, you may visualize it as being time-consuming, formal and hard.

It doesn't have to be that way at all. Being in nature, gazing out at something awesome, is its own form of meditation.

You can start releasing the worries of your day by taking a 5 minute 'gazing break'. Just pick something to gaze at and appreciate something about it; that's enough.

Do you know yourself well enough to ask for what you need?

My 2-year-old grandson tells me when he needs a nap!

I took my grandson outside at 8:30 AM. We went for a walk, played at the park and had lunch. By late morning, he was hungry and as we walked in, his mother welcomed him home. She gave him a big hug, and the first thing he said after the welcoming warmth of her embrace was ‘nap’.

Sticking your tongue out can be a smart thing to do!

According to Ayurveda, the coating on your tongue can tell you a lot about the strength of your digestion.

Look at your tongue first thing in the morning before eating or drinking.

Strong digestion will show up as a tongue that is pink, with or without a thin white surface coating.
