Meet Brittany!
Her google review for Montreal Muscle Activation touched my heart!

I was living with chronic pain for several years, until I found Wendy at Montreal Muscle Activation. She changed my life and I cannot recommend her enough! For some people, it can be a journey, and I was one of those people. But I am finally living pain free. It'll always be a work in progress to remain pain free - including sessions with Wendy, training my muscles to be and stay strong, and being kind to myself in general - but now I can exercise again, lift weights, run, jump, climb and play with my son. Thank you, Wendy!
