Emily is a trained Stott Matt (2013) and Reformer (2015) Pilates Instructor with a background in dance, equestrian, and conditioning. She discovered the GYROTONIC® method in 2016 and became a Certified Level 1 GYROTONIC® Trainer in October 2019. Emily is passionate about movement and helping you find your own path to feeling more at one and at ease in your body. Movement is so much more than just exercise!

Even if you’re young, why not train your body for longevity? There are so many fitness trends that promise quick fixes and crazy results. But the best things in life take time, and that care and time creates the long lasting results we desire 🌀💫

As we get older, the cartilage in our joints can start to become worn, especially in the knees, hips, and hands. Losing this cartilage makes it much harder for our joints to handle everyday movements and tasks and can be painful as the bones rub or put too much pressure on each other.

With GYROKINESIS® exercises we can create space in the joints through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.

Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression.
