We're Hiring an Administrative Assistant!
At BethCare Senior Services Inc, we provide personalized, client-centered care to seniors throughout the Greater Montreal Area. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Care Managers and Management team while helping our clients receive the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to Care Managers and Management.
• Enter, update, and maintain client records in our database.
• Answer and direct calls, maintain client and employee files.
• Assist with hiring processes and provide back-up support to other administrative roles.
• Prepare newsletters, research community programs, and brainstorm marketing initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned to support smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• Strong data-entry and computer skills (Windows environment, including Google Drive).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (French & English).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
• Diploma or degree in health, social services, or business/office administration.
• Experience with MailChimp, Canva, WordPress, or marketing tools.
• Knowledge of seniors’ needs, home care services, and CLSC/private care providers.
