I feel like I’ve grown half a decade this year, and some moments from the past few months deserve a spot on this feed.
After 8 years of exploring this world, it finally felt right to go full mode into entrepreneurship. It still is not without its hardships, especially as an immigrant, but it was also a year I allowed myself to enjoy more of life. After moving to Canada in 2021, my time was divided between work, my naturopathy studies, and navigating a sensitive body that had lived in a moldy environment for 22 years. Those years of physical and emotional healing carried invaluable lessons that have shaped how I work with clients since.
2025 allowed me to live with less worry, with more physical and emotional resilience, and to carry forth projects I never thought I had the capacity to. I finally felt like I was thriving, not just surviving.
Yet, the second half of 2025 carried some of the hardest months for my family. It has forced me to surrender, to pray, and to find tools to carry my business’ mission while supporting my loved ones from afar. Hard doesn’t even begin to describe it, but God’s presence was a constant reminder that I’m not alone carrying it all.
If there’s anything this year has reminded me, it’s that our dreams don’t wait for perfect conditions. They ask us to show up anyway, through the uncertainty, through the fear, through the moments we feel we have nothing left to give.
The hardship doesn’t disqualify you from your calling. Sometimes, it’s what prepares you for it 💖
So here’s to 2026, to choosing our dreams even when the path feels impossible, to building even when we’re breaking and to trusting that we’re held amidst all of it.
