WorkOut in the Park | Full Body WorkOut
(Workout Wednesday: Ep. 20)

This is a simple quick full body work out in the park. All you need is a good Nylon Elastic and a bench (or table) to do it. So, no more excuses when it comes to NOT working out.

Remember to follow the verbal instructions all while adapting the movement to your own body and ALWAYS consult your health care provider to find out if these movements are right for you.

Going through the Workout once is good, but if you want to increase the intensity and get more results... Just go back to the beginning and redo the exercises a second or even a third time... at which point 1 day of rest is recommended between workouts.
