Inspired by the giants. 🌲✨

For the premiere of Movement Inspired by Nature, I took my poi to Sequoia National Park. I wanted to capture the sheer verticality of these trees by transitioning from a high Double Diamond into a grounded Body Tracer.

It’s less about "perfect" technique and more about how the environment dictates the flow. When you’re surrounded by millenary strength, your movement naturally seeks more depth and grounding.
