🔍 Common Symptoms of IBS:

😣 Abdominal Pain: This pain may occur anywhere within the abdomen but is most commonly experienced in the mid-to-lower abdomen.

🥴 Bowel Changes: These changes in bowel movements can include constipation, diarrhoea, or even both or alternating between the two. This offer leads to erratic and unpredictable bowel habits.
