Happiness is not thinking you have the world’s approval, but waking up every day and feeling so at peace in your own skin, quietly anticipating the day ahead, no matter how you feel.

Happiness is not having the best of everything, but being able to make the best of everything.

Happiness is knowing that you did what you could with what you were given.

Happiness is not something that comes to us when every problem is solved and everything falls into place perfectly, but in the shining silver lining that reminds us that the light of day is always there, if we just slow down enough to notice.

Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.
