At Lakeview Regional Wellness Centre, we are striving to fill the gaps in social aftercare for individuals who are at risk of relapse in their road to recovery from addiction, mental health, homelessness, trauma, abuse, etc. Working with our community partners, we offer individualized, person-centered programming to fulfill the foundational needs of those we work with. We believe that only once these needs are met, individuals can then begin to heal and strive for a higher purpose.
