SEPTEMBER CLASSES ARE HERE ✨
Whether you're heading back to the studio after a summer break or looking to change up your wellness routine, we have a range of classes ready for you for our 6 week session kicking off September 8!
A few highlights for our September session include:
✨NEW✨ Mindful Movement with Salina, Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00-2:00pm:
Join Salina for this 60 minute class which blends slow stretch, body alignment and core strengthening to aid in: decreasing aches/pains, improving balance and overall improved strength and function of the body.
Noon Glow, Mondays & Wednesdays 12:10-12:50pm: This 40 minute class packs a punch with it's cardio and strength combo! Whether you have a busy work schedule or are looking for a midday boost, we welcome women of all activity levels to join us!
✨NEW✨ Spin & Stretch, Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm: Our 60 minute minute spin and stretch combo class also features a compliment of core strengthening! Whether you're a part of the twice per week Spin & Glow session (this class is included), or wish to attend once per week, this Spin & Stretch class is a great option for this seeking a cardio combo class.
