Did you know that when I do a facial, I don't do it the same way twice? Each person is unique and different, and thus their skincare should be too.

The process is like a dance, sweeping the stagnant lymph along to eliminate the toxins and stimulate collagen. I spend different amounts of time doing certain techniques depending on your needs.

Some people come to rest and desire complete quiet while I massage and treat their skin. Others want to know about each step in the process and ask questions, which I'm happy to answer. Some come for emotional connection and touch. I am here for all of these reasons and more.

Our nervous system is a crucial part to our health and healing. When we are completely relaxed and feel safe, we are able to start healing.

There is a spiritual aspect of healing as well. When I do a facial, I pray over the client (in my head). I truly want them to have and feel deep peace, love, and be blessed not just in the moment, but after the treatment is over. I love how God brings certain clients to me for a specific reason. Spiritual healing is part of whole body healing, evening is connected.

It's not just a facial.

Although there are other food triggers which contribute to acne, these are my top six.
If you are struggling with acne and are consuming these six daily or weekly, then you might want to try an elimination diet or food journal to pin point specific triggers.
Gut health is always where I start, but you can't heal your gut lining if you continue to eat foods that cause inflammation and leaky gut. Talking to a naturopath, or holistic nutritionist is a very helpful place to start.
I offer facial mapping as a service to help determine your root causes and triggers.

Hello, moisture and skin healing in a bottle!!
I wanted to make my own Hylauronic Acid because I use it in every treatment, and on my own skin. I wanted to create a serum that not only feels great on the skin (without that sticky feeling), as well as something nourishing and moisturizing.

Organic hylauronic acid powder has a large price tag! It's $1/Gram 😲
Keeping this in mind, but also wanting to provide an affordable serum.
Right now I have Hydra available in two sizes 1 oz and 4 oz in a non scented formula.
1 oz: $25
4 oz: $85 (better deal)
