The goal is to bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit through holistic healing using a variety of counselling & therapeutic practices. Holistic counselling is an exclusive approach to therapy that prioritizes treating the individual as a whole, rather than simply focusing on specific issues or symptoms. This integrative method takes into account the interconnectedness of a person's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. By using this comprehensive approach, holistic counselling offers several advantages that can improve overall well-being. Holistic counselling incorporates various techniques such as:
