Once I incorporated mindfulness, yoga and mobility into my life, I became energized and comfortable in my own skin. As a master yoga instructor and mobility specialist, I use my understanding of the human mind and body to encourage my clients to get rid of pain and start living life to the fullest. My classes and programs will help you make the mind, body, soul connection you're needing to uncover the strongest, most authentic version of yourself.

Another successful retreat! Costa Rica did not disappoint.

When we arrive on retreat, we all come from different places, in search of something. I loved Alison’s intention for this retreat! It was so much more than being able to touch her toes - she showed up every day, was willing to try something new, created a connection with herself and was rewarded with the gift of more flexibility throughout the week.
