How Mia describes her practice:
“I have been a Registered Massage Therapist Since 2021. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and conditions. My personal experience with chronic pain allows me to approach bodywork with deep empathy and a keen intuition for identifying areas of tension that need attention.
I offer both therapeutic and relaxation-focused treatments, blending evidence-based techniques with holistic practices to support your overall well-being. I believe in integrating medical understanding with time-tested alternative approaches to deliver thoughtful, personalized care.

In 2027, I am on track to become a licensed acupuncturist. Until then, I look forward to helping you feel more at ease and at home in your body.
