October is Menopause awareness Month!
Midlife can be a stressful time. Many women are balancing family responsibilities, careers, and health changes - all while experiencing the physical, psychological, and metabolic shifts of menopause.
We are celebrating women on October 17th with traditional medicine teachings with Shelley Burnham and a relaxation session with Healing Vibrations facilitated by Amanda Doxtator.

Don't forget to come out to the Greenhouse tomorrow evening for a relaxing night of crafting. Come crochet, or bring your beads... We will enjoy a light dinner, and lots of laughs.

Crafts Nights is BAAACK! This month is Halloween themed crafts, we will be working on a crocheted candy corn stuffie (as seen on flyer)! 🧶🧶
We will be in the greenhouse at 5pm with a light dinner to start and then we will start our projects! All materials will be supplied.
Must know the basics of crochet, this is an easy pattern but can still get tricky 😉🎃

If you don't want to crochet with the group, you are more then welcome to still attend with your own crafts and enjoy the company and laughs. 🥰
