I am a fit and determined retired senior -- now pushing 70 years of age... a former competitive amateur bodybuilder, a brain-injury survivor of extreme violence & trauma (still managing acute PTSD), a former personal injury paralegal, and an outspoken advocate for almost anything "underdog". I am of the Jewish faith and follow the food rules for "kashrut" nutrition (generally speaking: no pork, no shellfish, no dairy with meat and only fish with fins and gills.
