Avocado Cacao Mousse with Coconut Flakes
(Please don't get distracted by what this may look like lol)

Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut flakes

Sweetener choices: Maple syrup, agave syrup or other alternatives

Directions:

In a small bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
Stir in the cacao powder until fully combined.
Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and top with coconut flakes.
Add sweetener.

Chill for 10–15 minutes if desired, then serve.

Calories: 190 | Protein: 3g | Carbs: 6g | Net Carbs: 4g | Fat: 16g
Macros will change for sweetener addition.

3/4 cup of unsweetened cocnut yogurt
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of fresh blueberries

Optional:
Pinch on cinnamon or vanilla for flavour

Instructions:
Spoon coconut yogurt into a bowl
Top with pumpkin seeds and blueberries
Sprinkle with cinnamon or dash of vanilla
Serve immediately and enjoy chilled
