Welcome to my business page!

I have recently opened my own practice near the Old City Quarter in Nanaimo, and I am excited to welcome new and returning clients to my practice.

As an RMT, I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can deeply relax while receiving effective and personalised therapeutic care.

My treatment style includes calming Swedish massage, slow deep tissue work, point specific pressure and passive stretching, as well as breath work to help soothe the nervous system and guided exercises to foster a holistic, whole-body approach to your healing and well-being.
