Elspiri Counselling Collective A counselling practice and online space to destigmatize and talk about all things mental health. We are Jenn Reid and Christa Garcia.

Together we have over 20 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field. We are passionate about decreasing the stigma of mental health in our communities through creating opportunities for individuals to connect and support each other. We plan to offer a series of wellness workshops and support groups, starting this fall with a 6 week addictions workshop - Pathway to Recovery.
