🙋🏻‍♀️ Hello!
I’m Kels! I am a new doula and I can’t wait to meet all of you! I am a mom of five perfect littles and recently discovered a passion for helping support new parents through pregnancy and the postpartum period.
My last birth (twins), left me feeling a little unsatisfied (which is a totally normal feeling, DO NOT feel guilty if you feel it too) it made me dig deeper into my feelings about all of my births and then into research about why things went the way they did. All the self reflection and research made me realize that it’s so easy to go into pregnancy and birth unprepared and I want to change that for as many people as I can. Which is why I’ve decided to start offering birth, postpartum, and fertility support services!

I’m so excited to start this journey with you ♥️

Today is the first day of World Breastfeeding Week (August 1-7)

The theme this year is “Closing the gap: Breastfeeding support for all” celebrates breastfeeding mothers in all their diversity, throughout their breastfeeding journeys, while showcasing the ways families, societies, communities and health workers can have the back of every breastfeeding mother.

Enjoy an evening connecting with like hearted moms, starting with building a relationship with the horses and achieving success with your team! For the second part of the evening, grab yourself some coffee, tea or hot chocolate and learning about your rights as a breastfeeding mom, the importance of skin to skin and overall mom's well being.
