Course Description:
You and Your Inner Circle is designed to help you understand yourself in relation to those closest to you and build healthier, more supportive relationships. In this ThetaHealing® seminar, you will learn to recognize who belongs in your inner circle and identify stages of mind development—child, parent, or sage/grandparent. The course addresses patterns of over-giving and compassion fatigue, especially common among healers, and teaches how to surround yourself with people who provide emotional and spiritual support. Through guided reflection and a personal questionnaire, you’ll gain clarity on your current stage and how to advance to where you want to be. This seminar also prepares you to work more effectively with clients and students and is a prerequisite for DNA 4.
