Finding Your Way After Trauma: A presentation to better understand yourself as you continue to untangle the lasting effects of trauma.

I offer an innovative perspective on the organization of the central nervous system with a particular focus on the energetic role of the Vagus Nerve in navigating both internal and external environments. This presentation explores how factors such as shock, dysregulation, dissociation, PTSD, and stress responses are influenced by this system - and how you can self-balance. Trauma can leave lasting imprints within the CNS, yet our energy field can hold tools to transform these patterns.

This speaking event will provide practical strategies to facilitate balance, enhance resilience and prompt overall nervous system stability.
