Quick dinner prep during the week 😅

Adding Lemon 🍋 Juice to ground chicken or turkey burgers helps break down gastric acids from meat protein for better digestion😋

Adding your favorite herbs, releases aromatic and healthy nutrients to the ground meat - Adding turmeric with pepper reduces inflammation and sprinkling Nutritional Yeast flakes into the mix will give a cheesy flavour, boost B6 & B12 Vitamins along with Folate😋

🍔Enjoy different add ins to your ground meat or plant based burgers which give more flavour and nutritional values completing a good protein meal😋

🍔Ingredients I use for chicken or turkey, ground meat burgers (organic grass fed, graas finished) with sea salt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon rind, turmeric, chillie flakes, rosemary sprigs, thyme, basil and cumin, along with a cracked egg and Nutritional Yeast, parsley and chives😁

Mixture comes together quickly, formed into patties and cooked into a skillet for about 10 minutes!
