My greatest teacher thus far. It teaches me to slow down, breathe, be present, pay attention to my body and mind. Most importantly it allows me to live mindfully and ask myself questions like:
๐ŸŒฟ What do I need right in this moment?
๐ŸŒฟ How could I improve upon my daily life?
๐ŸŒฟ Am I allowing the right people into my space?
๐ŸŒฟ Am I setting the appropriate boundaries?
๐ŸŒฟ Am I nourishing my body with the food I eat or am I just eating for the sake of eating?

This is a small but important list that living mindfully can aid you with. You create a stronger awareness of your daily life and surroundings and thus improving all aspects of your life. Creating balance and living with purpose. This what is all about ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ’™ The holidays can be a tough time for some. While some of us find ourselves dealing with family conflict, others may not have any family at all.

๐Ÿ’™ Itโ€™s okay to reach out if you feel you could use a supportive environment. Even just for an hour and maybe only during the holiday season if thatโ€™s what you need.

๐Ÿ’™ Wellness Wednesday is an informative and supportive FREE run peer support group that occurs every Wednesday @ 11 am via Zoom.

๐Ÿ’™ You DO NOT have to subscribe to anything. You do not need to commit to coming every week and you can feel at ease sharing with like minded individuals or just sit in for the comfort of knowing you are not alone.

โœจIf you are positive towards others, others will be positive towards you.

โœจ If you are negative towards others, others may be negative towards you.

โœจ This concept seems rather simple but in the midst of our busy day and stressful situations, we often dismiss things easily such as the way our messages are interpreted by others.

โœจ Our body language gives off Energy and Vibes. Our verbal language gives off Energy and Vibes. Our demeanour gives off Energy and Vibes.

โœจ Be MINDFUL of these Energies. Be MINDFUL of what comes back to you.

โœจ The more MINDFUL we are of the Energy and Vibes we put out into the world, the better the Energy we receive back to us.

Give willingly and voluntarily. Give because you can. Donโ€™t always look for monetary gain. Donโ€™t always look for something in return. Sometimes the people who need your gifts or support the most, are the ones who have nothing to give Show them support and watch their world change. Even if itโ€™s just for a day. Wouldnโ€™t you rather know you helped someoneโ€™s situation for even that one day, few hours, or even minutes?

๐Ÿ’™ Weโ€™re not all in the position to give but if you are, try and think about helping others.

Wellness Wednesday was a SUCCESS ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’–

My heart is full and I am so grateful to all who came out and joined me today ๐Ÿ’œ I couldnโ€™t have asked for more supportive people to have joined me in launching my first week of this group. I look forward to continuing to offer this free weekly online support group to all Ontarianโ€™s who needs it.

๐ŸŒŸ Support should be Universal and you should not have to wait 6 months to a year for it. People need support NOW and Iโ€™m here to help ๐Ÿ’Œ

๐ŸŒŸ Join me every Wednesday @ 11:00 am (Est) for mental and physical health support. Thereโ€™s NO power imbalance here. We are all struggling and sharing on how we manage in our day to day.
