Another incredible Heart in the Park! This year we began with a beautiful sunrise🧡

Thank you to everyone who visited and supported our cause to raise awareness for mental health including Mayor Diodati and Kim Rossi from Pathstone! Thank you as well to the businesses that generously donated.

Lastly, Much Love and Thanks to the wonderful Instructors at Alchemy who are so invested in sharing their LOVE!

Heart in the Park is happening on August 6th, 2022. Classes & activities for all levels and ages begin at 6:30 am. Join us for one or all (full schedule to be posted soon).

Have we mentioned that Heart in the Park is a FREE event this year? Beginning with early morning classes at 6:30am through 2pm (an updated schedule of events will be shared soon). Activities and classes for all levels and ages supporting Pathstone Mental Health and Mental Health Awareness.

Our Basket of Wellness draw is filled with a beautiful variety of gifts donated from our generous community.

Rachel Rogers owner of Alchemy Yoga & Wellness Studio has created a beautifully unique studio that is welcoming to anyone who is looking to explore yoga at any level. Rachel is truly one of the most inspiring women I have ever met....and am honoured to have trained with her in obtaining my yoga certification.

Included in our basket is a one month membership to Alchemy, a great opportunity to explore something new...or if you're already a member, a beautiful gift to give!
