What We Are Unable to Offer
While we provide a wide range of services, there are certain limitations:
We do not prescribe or renew Narcotics/Opioids.
We do not see patients who may need emergency care, such as those experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, lacerations requiring stitches, head injuries, blunt force trauma, stroke-like symptoms, or acute asthma attacks. Other conditions may be at the discretion of the healthcare practitioner.

Will my healthcare provider need information from my primary care provider?
No. The intake form responses will provide the healthcare provider with the necessary information to treat you.
How much does it cost?
As a Nurse Practitioner-Led Integrative Functional Healthcare Clinic, we operate on a fee-for-service basis since Health Canada does not allow Nurse Practitioners to bill OHIP. For more information on our costs and fees, please see our booking section.
Will my telemedicine appointment be private?
Yes. Our secure platform complies with all Canadian standards, including PHIPA/HIPA, PIPEDA, and PCI, ensuring your information remains private. Our video consultations are encrypted and never recorded or stored.
Can I submit a claim to my health insurance provider?
You can submit a claim, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Will I get a prescription?
The healthcare provider will use their knowledge, skill, and judgment to decide on the treatment plan, which may include a prescription if deemed medically necessary.
Can I get my prescription sent to a local pharmacy?
Yes. Our healthcare providers can electronically send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
