Happy January 1st, 2026 ❤️.

Today is the perfect day to grab your cinnamon and gently blow some in through your front door 💨.

You can also give your home a nice cleansing smudge to start off the new year to bring in new clear, positive energy and release old stale sh*tty energy.

I will be indulging in both of these rituals today along with some decluttering. I want to make sure whatever stale energy that may be left from 2025 is released. 😆❤️

It’s been quite a Year for my family, tears were shed, anger arose, scared when we weren’t sure of some outcomes but had faith it would all be ok, and on the flip side, we saw relief, felt joy and gratitude. We saw and felt the kindness of family, friends and strangers who offered support and encouragement. I’ve been blessed to spend the year being with my family and watching their strength and rising above what could have brought them down. Watching my grandson Grow into the sweet and lovable boy I know he will be. Watching and learning what strength and courage is from my daughter. She’s the strongest woman I know. Watching and hearing my son record his new album and doing what brings him Joy and watching the bond growing between him and his son.

There were definitely lots of downs but so many more Ups. I am truly Blessed, Grateful and thankful and am looking forward to 2026 and to keep rising. ❤️🙌🙏
