✨We have some beautiful news to share! ✨

Our beloved hypnotherapist, Nicole Lauzon SSW, HBSW, RSW, RCH, is expecting her first baby! 🤍

Nicole will be stepping away beginning in March to embrace this incredible new chapter of motherhood, and she is no longer accepting new clients at this time.

Please join us in celebrating Nicole and her partner Brandon as they prepare to welcome their little one. We are so deeply happy for them and can't wait to cheer them on from afar.

Motherhood is hard. Running a business is hard. Being a student, a wife, a therapist, a human? Also hard. 💜

Growth and grief walked side by side this year. And I'm learning that's okay. 💚

This year taught me I was never meant to do all the things, and that self-compassion isn't a luxury, it's a necessity.
