Ladydi Journey To Wellness Well this has been an amazing journey for sure. I bought myself a kit from young living in 2014 and ever since then it has changed my life. Love the oils.

Now I get to help others join this journey to wellness and watch how much they change as well. I am so happy to be on a journey to wellness I have made my home chemical free and myself as well. Its amazing how good it feels to breath so much better by removing all my cleaners and candles. I now use my diffuser to clean the air in my house with some wonderful oils. Thieves oil and thieves household

cleaner are my favorite smells amazing. I now have learnt how to make homemade deodorant, face cream, body cream face wash. The oils have been a big part of life and my family as well. Its been the best decision I have made. Now its time to share my journey with you all

Summer Dreaming Rollerball 10 drops of Tangerine: Promotes happiness, helps with anxiety & nervousness.

My favourite oil that I apply on my heart every morning. We all need Joy sometimes to get us thru some days.

Joy was one of Gary Young’s earliest blends. It was also somehow one of the most misunderstood.

Many people don’t like it at first.
May this be because joy requires the heart to open?

Joy is about presence without armor, not so much about ‘excitement’ like many initially believe it is.

When joy feels uncomfortable, it may be because life has been lived mostly in the head.

Joy reminds the body (and the heart):
❤️ it’s safe to feel
❤️ it’s safe to soften
❤️ it’s safe to receive

Gary felt the frequency of Joy was essential for healing, whether emotional, physical, or spiritual. We need to carry joy in our heart for others and oneself. Gary suggested applying the oil all over, bathing in it, but noted the heart as the primary application point.

He included Joy blend in his "Great Day Protocol," recommending the application of 1 drop just above the heart to promote happiness in the mind and body.
