ANNOUNCEMENT
I am cancelling tonight’s last class sadly - I’ve recieved a few messages in the last couple days of peeps not able to come to tonight’s class and there’s some with injuries etc so no more yoga for now. I will look to start up again in the fall. Thank you again to all who joined and participated

ANNOUNCEMENT
I’m sad to announce that I have to take a break from teaching Yoga for a wee bit. As most of you know I’m a single mother of three and work full time and it’s a busy time of year at the moment with my plant shoppe and spring arriving. There’s been weekly road trips for my plant hauls etc so I sadly need to pause on yoga for a bit. I hope you understand and I hope you will all return when I start up again. This coming Tuesday March 28th will be the last class for now. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I sincerely apologize but I have to cancel yoga class for next Tuesday Feb 28 due to a doctors appointment out of town .. the time of appointment doesn’t give me enough time to drive back 😞 Again so sorry .. I will be back at it the following Tuesday

Sooooo much fun tonight with some amazing music .. and super great to see some new faces .. thank you all so much for coming and for passing the word around and helping our class grow .. never a dull moment and you never leave without laughing at least 5 or 6 times. ANNOUNCEMENT
I’ve decided to drop Thursday evenings weekly class. I haven’t had any interest. I might try again in future but for now we will stick to Tuesday evenings. 🥰🥰
