Well, I did a thing! My very first podcast interview!

I am so thankful to have done it with Karrie O'Connor! She created such a comfortable space for me to share the highs and lows of building Wellness Wave Psychotherapy. My hope is that others can connect with my story and feel encouraged to take those hard, meaningful steps towards the things they value most in life.

Thanks for listening!

A little bit about Karrie: she is an artist and speaker, the host of The Universal He-ART podcast, and the editor behind Northern Threads Magazine. She loves connecting people through stories, art, and honest conversation. And her story continues to help inspire me each day!

If anyone is interested, an article about Wellness Waves Psychotherapy was posted in Bay Today - I can’t share the link, but here is a picture of the title.

It was wonderful speaking to Matt about my journey and how I feel I can help others. It’s all truly a dream come true.

(To find the article, you can search “Bay Today Brittany McCrea” and it should be located at the top).

As always, if anyone has any questions, please don’t be shy ☺️.

In Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values-based goals help guide us towards a life that feels meaningful - even when things are hard. Instead of chasing quick fixes or avoiding discomfort, values-based goals keep us focused on what TRULY matters to use - like connection, growth, or authenticity. They also help us move through fear, not around it.
